Associate Professor L.V.Gazizova says.
IV International Festival of Languages in Bashkortostan is a part of the festival “Fair of Friendship”. Over the years of its existence in our region the festival of languages has developed a bright interactive, multi-faceted form of interaction with the young. Such universities as Bashkir State University, Bashkir State Pedagogical University named after M. Akmulla and Ufa State Petroleum Technological University with the support of the Committee of Bashkortostan for UNESCO have contributed greatly to the development of this movement. Holding of BRICS and SCO summits in the current 2015 in Ufa has become a serious step in the development of multifaceted cooperation between our countries. More than 200 students - representatives of several continents: Eurasia, South America and Africa became guests and participants of the festival.
The festival began with a festive concert, after which the guests continued their communication in a chamber setting of literary, musical, ethno-cultural, analytical living-rooms and in the living-room of lingual friendship. The students had an opportunity to not only get acquainted with languages and cultural traditions of different nations, but also to communicate in a warm and friendly atmosphere, to share their experience and discuss some actual common problems.
The festival convincingly demonstrates the desire of the younger generation of the republic to live in peace and harmony, where the ideas of tolerance become the dominant ideology of the majority.
It is pleasant to note already traditional diversity of languages represented at the festival: the Bashkir, Tatar, Kazakh, Tajik, Persian, Turkish, Azerbaijani, Polish, Czech, Arabic, Korean, Portuguese, Spanish, English, German, Chinese, Japanese and others. It is in this diversity, in conjunction of traditions, of course, the strength and great potential are (http://www.ugatu.su/v-teploj-atmosfere-gostinyh.html).
4th year students of the Institute of Philological Education and Intercultural Communication participated in the “Fair of Friendship” and “IV International Festival of Languages in Bashkortostan” with a musical-dance number “DEUTSCHISTCOOL”!
The event took place on November 12, 2015 in Ufa State Aviation Technical University with the support of the Committee of Bashkortostan for UNESCO and united students from leading universities of Ufa.
At “The Fair of Friendship” you could enjoy the national cuisine, taste the charm of oriental sweets. The concert, in which representatives of Armenia, Tajikistan, Nigeria, Colombia, the Congo, India, China, Korea, etc. took an active part was bright and interesting. After the concert, each participant could choose his own unique “route” to observe different living-rooms of the festival (“Literary living-room”, “Musical living-room”, “Ethno-cultural living-room”, “Analytical living-room”, “The living-room of lingual friendship”), discovering something new, informative and exciting in the world of foreign-language cultures.
